Turn-of-the-century framed photo of Grand River

My great-grandfather and his sons lived in Rock Creek on the Grand River. Our family also had a cottage on the Grand River in Mechanicsville....visited it almost every summer weekend! I have inherited a framed (18" x 44") black and white photo, looks to be turn-of-the-century of what we believe is the Rock Creek part of the Grand River. (I have photos.) Want to donate it to the appropriate group or historical society and need advice who that would be. Thanks.
