Help locating Sueann Campbell, Round Rock TX

I've been a friend and pen pal of Sueann for 20 years.
I lost contact with her a year or so ago. All telephone numbers and email addresses, and apparently P.O. boxes are no longer in service.
No obituary found.
Telephone numbers or addresses for family members or friends are now also no longer in service.
I don't know which church she attended, and I don't know of any other organizations she may have been a member of.
It's possible she may have been moved to a care facility, but as far as I know, such facilities do not make that information available to non-family.
Does anyone have any tips to offer on how I might be able to make contact?
I'm located in Canada.
