Any body wanna become friends?

Hi my name is lance and I want to make a friend. I dont have any friends scenes my only true friend died last October. The so called friends i thought i had they just ignore me lie to Me and give me the run around.i have PTSD and that gives me social phobia so I can't go make friends in public. I really dont no how to make friends any more.i need somebody to hang out with. I been by my self and in the house cuz I dont have a ride to go Amy where and been by myself scenes last October and it just getting old.
